How to Access This Support Site
Access to this support site is moderated by Health Access Solutions.
If you or your company are Health Access Solutions affiliates and would like access to this support site, click here to complete the on-line sign-up. Your account will be validated in the same day and an invitation will be sent to the email address you provided when signing up.
Click on the "Accept Invitation Link" in your invitation email. You will then be prompted to create a password for your account. Once that is complete you can submit service requests and view knowledge base articles.
You do not need to create an account to request support, but it does provide additional access to the knowledge base articles as well as the ability to review the status of your requests.
